Depression

Is it hard to get out of bed? Feeling like you can't enjoy things like you used to? Are you experiencing heightened irritability towards others? You may be experiencing symptoms of depression. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals recognize and question negative thoughts and beliefs that fuel depression and replace them with more realistic and positive ones to alleviate symptoms.
